In collaboration with landscape architect Confluence, City of Gladstone, Missouri officials and private developers, SFS Architecture explored and developed options for creating a community gathering space anchored by commercial development. Amenities include an amphitheater, a pavilion that serves as a stage, an open lawn space that converts to a synthetic ice rink, pedestrian plazas, and a parking lot that can be utilized as a community farmer’s market.
Linden Square has played a key role in the more than $100 million in private development that has occurred in Gladstone’s new downtown.
