 Community park with a variety of recreational amenities for visitors of all ages and abilities

The 88-acre Meadowbrook Park is part of a larger redevelopment effort aimed at transforming the former Meadowbrook Golf and Country Club into a vibrant mixed-use community. The park includes a variety of active and passive recreational amenities. Architectural elements designed by SFS for the park include a 12,000 square foot activity center, grand pavilion, restroom building and three picnic shelters.

Phase II of the project includes a picnic shelter, inclusive restroom, inclusive playground, and parking area in the northeast portion of the park. The restroom and playground are designed beyond ADA requirements for all-inclusive play functions including oversize toilet compartments, adult-size changing tables, and specialized equipment for people of all abilities.
