Kansas City, Missouri

Located at the 2306 Bannister Federal Building, this project involved the renovation and expansion of approximately 25,000 square feet of workspace to accommodate the U.S. Marine Corps Community Services mission, which supports Marines, their families, retirees and civilians. Spaces include private offices, open offices, break room, storage and work room, administrative support space including four conference/training rooms, and two reception areas. In addition, a collaborative zone with multiple furniture types and configurations for flexible collaboration requirements was provided, as well as two "just in time" rooms for impromptu meetings and calls.
