Existing conditions assessment and development of computerized maintenance management database to guide long-term maintenance, renovation and preservation work at historic courthouse

Comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment of the 23-story, 360,000 square foot historic Jackson County Courthouse to document deferred maintenance that could result in disruptions to day-to-day operations. The information gathered was built into a CMMS software allowing the County to manage a wealth of information and to leverage that data for capital planning budgeting and to effectively manage and maintain the Courthouse.
