The UMB Blackbob Retail Banking Center features an open, collaborative space that eliminates traditional teller lines. The 3,500 square foot facility includes open office workspaces, conference rooms and lounge, in addition to banking lobby, retail, ATM and three commercial drive-through lanes.
The LEED certified building incorporates a ground based geo-thermal heating and cooling system, and has been designed for future solar panel arrays. Exterior materials were selected for minimal maintenance while projecting an image of banking stability and solvency.
