A signature office was designed to meet MPR's long-term space needs and provides a warm, inviting environment that expresses the organization's values of physical wellness, education and sustainability. The new headquarters provides warm, welcoming spaces with a practical yet elegant aesthetic that supports both collaborative and separation needs of staff and clients. The floor plan was divided into three distinctive elements, opening all spaces of the building to natural light and exterior views. A large outdoor courtyard serves as an amenity and gathering space. In addition to open and private office spaces, the facility provides a wellness center, tiered training room and conference spaces.
