UMB’s Blackbob Retail Banking Center in suburban Olathe, Kansas features open, collaborative spaces that eliminate traditional old-school teller lines. The 3,500 square foot facility includes open office workspaces, conference rooms, banking lobby, lounge, in addition to ATM, retail and three commercial drive-through lanes. The building is LEED certified and incorporates a ground based geo-thermal heating and cooling system and has been prepared to receive future arrays of solar panels.  Exterior materials were selected for minimal maintenance requirements while projecting an image of sustainability both environmentally and banking stability and solvency.
