This afternoon representatives from the Thompson Foundation and University of Missouri gathered to break ground on the Thompson Center for Autism & Neurodevelopment, a 75,000 square foot clinical and research facility dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders.
The project is the culmination of a longstanding partnership between the Thompson Foundation and SFS Architecture, including a master plan in 2008, existing building renovation in 2011, concept study in 2021, and complete design services in 2022. SFS was on hand to celebrate the occasion and congratulate the project team.
Construction is scheduled for completion in late 2025.
