Our Firm Believes in Diversity and Inclusion
As our nation, our communities and our practice grapple through protests and dialogue about the inequities, violence and social injustices that black people and communities of color continue to endure throughout our Country’s evolving history, we want to unabashedly and unequivocally state that Black Lives Matter.
We recognize that systemic racism and implicit bias is real and is severely destructive to our social fabric and the human spirit. We recognize that real action and change is needed to end racial injustices.
At our core, SFS Architecture embodies the ideal of enriching communities, organizations and people in the public realm where we work and live. Because of this, we are committed to fostering an environment of equity, inclusiveness and intolerance to racism in any of its nefarious forms, within our firm and through our work.
