Renovated and expanded aquatic center appeals to swimmers of all ages

The revitalization of O’Fallon’s Civic Park includes the renovation and expansion of Alligator’s Creek Aquatic Center to provide a better aquatics experience for the community.  Improvements to the Aquatic Center include a lazy river with large underwater bench area; leisure pool with zero-depth entry, stair entry, interactive play features, multi-play structure, waterwalk and expanded open water swimming area; family-friendly whirlpool or vortex; and a 3,600 square foot bathhouse. In addition, an interactive water playground is adjacent/connected to aquatic center. Other park improvements include a new civic center, park shelter, stormwater management facilities and reconfigured parking lots.
