Improvements to church modernize campus built in the early 20th century.

Built in 1911, the church required interior and exterior improvements which respect the original building, reflect parish pride and create a more accessible campus.

SFS worked with Sacred Heart Parish to plan improvements to their existing campus. An assessment of existing facilities was conducted along with options for upgrades and opinions of probable construction costs. SFS developed schematic design level floor plans, elevations, site plans and 2D graphics to communicate the vision of the project to Parishioners during fundraising..

Following a successful capital campaign, SFS worked with the Church to implement several improvements, including incorporation of a reconciliation room in the Church, HVAC upgrades and replacement of the west facing exterior wood doors . Also, a new addition to the Church provides an accessible entry on the north, restroom and an Adoration Chapel. The chapel is a timeless extension that complements the existing historic Church.
