Dirk Henke
Dirk has an unwavering attention to detail, utilizing technical knowledge gained from first-hand experience early in his career as a design-build studio leader in Omaha. His career dream of big city livin’ eventually took him from the world of hammer-swinging and steel-welding to NYC, where he developed a passion for pushing the boundaries of BIM technology and architectural design representation, before the need for good BBQ and elbow room brought him back to the Midwest.Dirk thrives on the principle that good design is collaborative as much as it is intuitive, and being humble, open-minded, and curious leads to the most innovative discoveries and solutions. In his free time Dirk dabbles in everything from cooking to carpentry, but his real joy is spending quality time with his wife Sara, and their ‘home petting zoo,’ consisting of three cats Emma, Fern, and Wendell, and chocolate Lab Toby.
